The last day of Keisha & Neil’s wedding is very westernized. Today’s event is the reception and dinner, followed by lots of dancing. We stopped off at an Indian temple first to grab a few shots of Keisha and Neil before heading back to the reception hall.
Feels like we’re in India

I’ve always known that Indian weddings are a big affair, but when Serendipity-Photography asked me to join them on Keisha and Neil’s 3 day event, I was pretty surprised that 3 day weddings even exist. I started my shooting on day 2 of their grand wedding, which was filled with a horse, men carrying in the bride, and a beautiful yet elaborate ceremony. Here are some pictures:
A brief ceremony at Neil’s house

Offering to the god

Neil changes from the car to the horse carriage, then the entire groom’s side of family and friends parade for a good half an hour

Neil hopped out and joined the party

Lots of colors that day

The family covers Neil up so he won’t see Keisha’s entrance

Come back tomorrow to see Neil and Keisha’s wedding reception.
I joined Serendipity Photography to shoot Mei & Jason’s Formal Session. The location was at Mei & Jason’s apartment complex. I was very surprised at how incredibly nice their apartment office was! Below are some of my favorite images from our session.

Don’t they look like toy dolls?

Finish off with a fun picture.

Regine has put Banff National Park on our to-do list for a while now. So we finally decided on visiting Banff as well as Jasper National Park this September. Banff and Jasper is probably one of the prettiest places that I’ve visited. Here are some of my favorite images from our trip.
Moraine Lake is my favorite place out of the trip.

This is Peyto Lake. Yes, the color is really that blue!

We took the Athabasca Glacier tour. That is one giant truck.

Emerald Lake. The water temp is about 34f. A bunch of European tourists were bridge diving. Very brave.

Canoeing on Moraine Lake.
A couple having afternoon tea by Lake Louise. It doesn’t get any prettier than that!

Reception: The Houstonian
Ever wonder what a rocket scientist’s wedding would look like? Well, wonder no more, as Ryan is a 6 foot 9 rocket scientist at NASA, and Alice and Eric from Serendipity photography invited me along to shoot Erin and Ryan’s wedding.
Everyone got ready at The Houstonian

Ryan is very, very tall
